FujiFlag services are subscription-based. Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, partial use, or failure to cancel before renewal.

However, refunds may be considered for technical issues caused by FujiFlag or billing errors.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for the unused portion of the current billing period.

3. Refund Requests

Contact support@fujiflag.com with your account details and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Refunds are not applicable for expired free trials or promotional discounts unless there is a billing error.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
